Dr. Kumararajan is a fellow of both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMA). His educational background includes a law degree (LLB) and a mathematics degree (B.Sc.). Beyond academia, he is a Registered Yoga Trainer under Yoga Alliance (USA) and a MSME Certified GST Practitioner.
With over 39 years of service at Indian Bank, Dr. Kumararajan has held various positions, including Chief Manager. His work spanned across India and even took him to the Foreign Currency Banking Unit in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He underwent training at prestigious institutions such as Irving Trust Singapore, RBI, NIBM, NABARD, and IMAGE (across various fields).
Dr. Kumararajan’s passion for education and public speaking led him to serve as the Area Director of Area H2, covering Virudhunagar, Nagercoil, and Kanyakumari clubs in Toastmasters. He has been a resource person for ICSI, ICMAI, and various institutions in the domains of banking, finance, and company law.

Punit Kumar’s professional journey spans across accounting, finance, and education, showcasing his multifaceted expertise. From his roles as an Accounts Executive at Iris Techsolve Private Limited to a lecturer at FTMS Global Academy, his proficiency in financial reporting and audit shines through. As the CEO of SOE Global Academy, Punit continues to make significant contributions to the education sector, while also serving as a visiting faculty member at the MCC Group of Schools and Colleges.

Dr. R. Manikandan, an Associate Professor at the Postgraduate and Research Department of Commerce, Nallmuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi, epitomizes perseverance and excellence despite facing visual challenges.
His educational journey, from losing his vision after the 9th grade to continuing his studies through Braille, reflects his determination and resilience. With 27 years of teaching experience at NGM College, Dr. Manikandan has garnered recognition for his outstanding contributions to the field of Commerce.
He has been lauded by various organizations, including the National Federation of the Blind, Rotary Club of Pollachi, and Lions Club, for his remarkable achievements as a visually impaired professor.
Dr. Manikandan’s groundbreaking Ph.D., focused on “Job Satisfaction of Visually Challenged Teachers in Tamilnadu,” makes him the first visually challenged individual in India to earn a doctorate in Commerce.
He has published numerous articles in international journals and has mentored several M.Phil and Ph.D. scholars, demonstrating his commitment to advancing knowledge and inspiring others despite physical limitations.
M. Pavithra

Pavithra is a dedicated professional with a strong background in accounting and a passion for teaching. Having completed Group 2 in CA Final and currently pursuing Group 1, she has already made a mark in the field by conducting ISCA for CA Final (Old Syllabus) under the prestigious CA Ravi Agarwal Mentoring Program. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her academic achievements, having won the Amul Vidhya Bhushan Award in 2009 and completed her college education at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore.
Beyond her accounting expertise, Pavithra is a Registered Yoga Trainer under Yoga Alliance (USA) and a MSME Certified GST Practitioner, showcasing her diverse skill set. She has conducted classes in various subjects and has conducted Career Guidance programs for school students, addressing over 1000 students over the years. She is a passionate Toastmaster, currently serving as the Area Director of Area H2, which covers Virudhunagar, Nagercoil, and Kanyakumari clubs.
